We currently ship to U.S. addresses only and partner with trusted carriers—FedEx, UPS, and USPS—to get your order to you safely and efficiently.

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Because many of our items are made to order, this time allows us to carefully create and prepare your piece.
During high-demand periods or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.

Marked as Delivered
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it:

Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Magnesium Dreams is built on thoughtful design and quality. If something doesn’t meet your expectations, we’ll work with you to make it right.
14 - Day Return Window
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be:

Free of damage, stains, or odors
Because many of our pieces are made to order, we’re unable to accept returns outside of this window.
Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for size or defects only. If you need a different size, reach out and we’ll do our best to make it right.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We’ll replace it at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.
